Terry Atkinson is a business consultant who focuses on corporate strategy and organisation. During the past decade he has concentrated on boards of directors and has conducted performance reviews for some of Australia’s largest companies. He was a Vice President and the Melbourne office leader of The Boston Consulting Group before retiring in 2003. He has also worked in the banking and insurance industries.
Terry has taught at the MBA program at Melbourne Business School and occasionally lectures on strategy and governance to major corporations.
He is co-author of a perspective on evaluating board performance published by the AICD as part of a guide for company directors.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from La Trobe University and has an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
